The scope of the conference will cover (but not limited) 5 tracks:

• Web Based systems;
• Mobile, Ubiquitous and Pervasive Computing and communications;
• Mobile Learning Technologies
• QoS and performance evaluations;
• Web Technologies and Society;

Scientific Program: The duration of the conference will be three days. The scientific program will include:

• High Quality Keynote Speakers
• Oral presentations
• Demonstrations of technology based training material
• Posters

Submission Guidelines:

Authors are invited to submit full (maximum 8 pages) or short (maximum 4 pages) papers in English or in French  (Pdf or Word) in double column according to the IEEE format. The first page must mention the title of the article, the names of the authors, their affiliations and electronic addresses, a summary and a list of keywords. All submissions are made via the conference website.
